Creating a prestigious brand for a unique property investment opportunity

LORIMER will offer 389 apartments alongside office, retail and high quality resident amenity. MONNO, a renowned Australian developer, required a strong brand for the first of their unique build-to-rent investment opportunities.

The LORIMER logo and secondary mark were thoughtfully designed to incorporate the building’s address, 111 Lorimer Street. A refined colour palette inspired by the building’s facade ensures that all brand collateral maintains an air of sophistication and elegance, reflecting the high-quality nature of the property.

In addition, I developed a full suite of icons for use across digital and print collateral to highlight the development’s key attributes. These utilise simple, flowing linework to maintain a sophisticated look.
