Capital Industrial needed to reduce vacancy rates and raise brand awareness for its industrial and studio spaces across London.

Process
I developed an Out of Home ad campaign that turned CI’s own buildings into bold canvases, integrating impactful copy directly onto walls, roofs, and shutter doors to highlight available spaces and the company’s scale.

Outcome
The campaign launched across London in early 2025, successfully driving brand visibility in key business areas and boosting leasing enquiries.
