The client required an identity for Cremorne Place that deviated from the precinct’s creative reputation. It needed to appeal to large corporates looking to move to a modern, progressive working and living precinct.
To convey a luxurious and sophisticated feel I employed a monochromatic colour palate with black and white imagery, mirroring the high-end materials and finishes of the building. An angular shadow background is used throughout to highlight the building’s prominence and unique gabled roof architecture.
Positioned as ‘A Future Classic’, a mixed type treatment pairing a serif with a modern sans is used to convey the building’s timeless yet contemporary appeal.
