120 Cremorne Street required a timeless and credible identity to attract established professional firms and premium tenants seeking a prestigious address in Melbourne.
Process
I developed the positioning “A Future Classic,” blending contemporary design with Cremorne’s industrial heritage. Mixed typography and an impactful photography style convey credibility and a connection to the area’s blend of old and new.
Outcome
The new identity has elevated the project as a landmark destination for premium tenants and visitors, with 25% of the building already pre-let.
